Kairos is a Greek word meaning 'the right or critical moment'. We can all look back on our lives and pinpoint crucial moments or events that have had a significant impact. Important relationships, major successes or failures, the birth of a child, vital decisions are all potential examples. These events may have critically changed the trajectory of our lifespan and regardless of whether they were viewed as positive or negative at the time, have all helped to shape who we are now. We call these "Kairos moments."

Similarly, nearly every business has had fundamental decision points, successes and failures, pivots or changes, new ideas or visions that have shaped where that business is today. Since we know that PEOPLE are the driving force in any business, regardless of structure or industry, then it's axiomatic to say that hiring the right people is paramount to overall and long-term success.
